Michal Buzik 4ee736cff5 Add advanced multi-channel processing for Genesis SmartReader:
- Refactor `VolumeLtrStart` and `VolumeLtrEnd` to compute channel-specific averages at test boundaries.
- Implement `ProcessOptoLine_ShouldInsertTelegrams` tests for validating telegram insertion and channel updates.
- Add `VolumeLtrEnd_ShouldAverageOnlyAvailableChannels` to handle partial channel data gracefully.
- Introduce `VolumeFromChannelsAtStart` and `VolumeFromChannelsAtEnd` helpers for refined channel data handling.
- Update Opto telegram processing logic to support robust volume and timestamp unwrapping.
- Enhance `GenesisSmartReader.ToString()` for clearer configuration representation.
- Add `OptoTelegramRawTest` to validate telegram behavior, flag handling, and delta computations.
- Update `AssemblyVersion` to `3.9.3012.1`.
