2984ea2958 Add FluentNHibernate and log4net dependencies
This commit restores the FluentNHibernate package in various configurations and adds log4net references across multiple projects for enhanced logging. Additionally, several exceptions were reformatted to use `string.Format` for consistency. Updates to the solution structure and new configuration files support these changes.

9e025f2f06 Remove outdated NHibernate and FluentNHibernate config files
Deleted deprecated configuration files related to FireBird and FluentNHibernate. These files are no longer required for the project and their removal helps streamline the codebase, reducing clutter and potential confusion.
