4ee736cff5 Add advanced multi-channel processing for Genesis SmartReader:
- Refactor `VolumeLtrStart` and `VolumeLtrEnd` to compute channel-specific averages at test boundaries.
- Implement `ProcessOptoLine_ShouldInsertTelegrams` tests for validating telegram insertion and channel updates.
- Add `VolumeLtrEnd_ShouldAverageOnlyAvailableChannels` to handle partial channel data gracefully.
- Introduce `VolumeFromChannelsAtStart` and `VolumeFromChannelsAtEnd` helpers for refined channel data handling.
- Update Opto telegram processing logic to support robust volume and timestamp unwrapping.
- Enhance `GenesisSmartReader.ToString()` for clearer configuration representation.
- Add `OptoTelegramRawTest` to validate telegram behavior, flag handling, and delta computations.
- Update `AssemblyVersion` to `3.9.3012.1`.

a5a68ec457 Refactor Genesis serial communication handling (ISerialDriver interface compatible with SerialPort):
- Replace method-based `IsOpen()` checks with property-based `IsOpen` usage in `ISerialDriver` and related classes.
- Simplify `Open()` and add `Close()` methods to unify connection management.
- Introduce `InitializeThreeChannelState()` helper in `GenesisSmartReaderTest` for multi-channel state initialization.
- Adjust calculations in `CalculateTimeByChannels()` and `CalculateVolumeByChannels()` for clarity.
- Add new tests for multi-channel processing and validation of updated telegram handling logic.

e26d88d437 Refactor Genesis use 3 chanels reader structure:
- Replace `Xylem.Common` namespace references with `TBF.Rig.RegisterReaders`.
- Introduce `GenesisSmartReaderTest` and `FakeSerialDriver` for unit testing.
- Revamp `FlowDirectionDetection` to support multiple channels.
- Make constants in `StreamingDecoder` public for enhanced accessibility.
- Update `AssemblyVersion` and `AssemblyFileVersion` to `3.9.3010.1`.

2522d1da9f Add Genesis radio/opto communication and configuration components
- Replace `OpthoHeadService` with `RadioService` to enhance Genesis communication handling via serial interface.
- Introduce `OptoReceivedEventArgs` to manage event-driven communication.
- Add foundational protocol implementations (`BaseProtocol`, `IProtocol`, etc.) for Genesis configuration and processing.
- Implement `SirtConfig`, `MeterConfig`, and `ProcessConfig` classes for flexible Genesis configuration management.
- Expand Genesis framework to support diagnostics, activity modes, and version retrieval.
