Michal Buzik	99ccabc142	Smart meters support MainWnd dialog (must be finished - mouse right click), test supports Poseidon RegisterReader ... Refactor `ISmartReader` and related classes to support `SmartHeadsUni`. Remove redundant `IperlHeadsUni` references and introduce `SmartMeterFlyingStartMassCollection` functionality.
