Upgrade - Replace PulsesTypeByQuantity with MultiFunctionalVariables unit filtering based on RegisterReader quantity type - remove PulsesTypeByQuantity-based parameter values
- generate available units using Units.IsQuantity(...) - use Quantity.MultiFunctionalVariables to populate supported units - centralize unit selection through Units.GetQuantity()
